Defective Items If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any product we ship, please contact Boutique Tapage customer service at E-Mail us at: tapagelem@gmail.com
Defective products must be reported in 3 business days after you receive the product.
Returns: All shortages or defective claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
If you received damaged merchandise as a result of shipping,
please notify Canada Post immediately. They are responsible.
All returns must be authorized by Boutique Tapage .
Prices subject to change without notice. All shipments will be invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment.
Final sale :
Final sale on Liquidation/Sale items,
Exchange of size available if the size is available & at buyers cost.
*If eligible for return; there will be 15% restocking fee.
